Working here makes me laugh, cry, dance and sing,
These are my favorite Wellington things:

Students and teachers,
Bucket-filling at the core,
Imagination, support,
Helping all children soar.

Funny stories,
Collegues' positivity,
Friendly smiles, light-filled classrooms
Bursting with creativity.

Fun Friday dancing,
Fast-paced, never boring,
Dreaming big dreams
In a book you're exploring.

Teamwork, sharing,
Fantastic PTO,
Collaboration and learning
How much we all know.

Every interaction
A chance to make
A difference
Each and every day we wake.

Reading Teacher, Stephanie McLaughlin has single handedly created a culture of poetry at the Wellington School through her passion and implementation of Poetry Month activities. Students love reading and learning new poems, and this year, some will have the opportunity to read them aloud to the whole school!
